- Knead into medium soft dough
- Cover for atleast 10 mins with wet cloth over
- First make two medium size rotis
- Take one roti I apply some mayonnaise before giving a layer of minced meat
- Put a layer of mince cover with another paratha
- In a nonstick pan tawa heat ghee oil as ur preference slowly put paratha over ds
- Turn side after few mins
- Cook till golden brown

There is no comparison really, cooked qeema paratha is greasy and tastes more or less like qeema with paratha instead of qeema filled paratha.
