Drain peppers and stuff with meat mixture. Mix cream cheese with Parmesan, Cheddar, and feta cheeses, garlic, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and garlic powder in a bowl. Spoon cheese mixture into each pepper. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise; remove seeds and membranes.

- Wash and make side slits to each chilli.
- Take out the seeds from the chillies.
- Fill each chilli with a rectangular cube of cheese.
- Make a slurry of rice flour by adding water and salt.
- Dip each cheese filled chilli with rice flour batter and roll them in bread crumbs.
- Keep them in fridge for 1/2 an hour to set.
- After half an hour fry all chillies in medium hot oil.
- Serve hot with sauce of your choice
