Steps to make Protein filled daliya:
- Take a pressure cooker and add 1 tblsp ghee. I am a big fan of ghee. We can also use oliveoil instead.
- Add cumin seeds. After cumin seeds starts cracking add onion. Fry onion till golden brown.
- Now add all your remaining veggies. Fry for 2 mins. Add haldi and garam masala. Fry masalas with exotic veggies for more 2 mins.
- Now veggies and masala is cooked and giving amazing smell add your daliya.
- Add two cups water and close the lid of cooker. Let daliya cook on medium flame for 3 whistles.
- After three whistles close the burner.
- Daliya is ready to serve.
